    • We ship tracked parcels with DHL, from our warehouse in Portugal (Estoril).

    • some smaller items, like the BJJ bamboo tape are shipped with CTT, the Portuguese Post.

    • No, in the EU all our shippings are customs free, as we ship from Portugal. If you are an international client, from outside the EU, please be aware that are not responsible for any additional customs fees that may arise in your country.
