Shipping and Returns

Shipping:

At this moment, we only offer shipping to the EU.

We offer free shipping on all orders above 250€, please use the code FREE250 at checkout to take advantage of this offer.

For other countries, please send us a message directly and we will try to get a custom quote to deliver to you.

You can see the shipping cost for your order by going to the cart and adding your address. The checkout page before you enter your payment information will show you the options and prices.

We are shipping all our goods from our warehouse in PORTUGAL, so in Europe, there are no extra charges or taxes to pay when you order your Gi!

Standard Shipping times in Europe are 3 to 5 work days, depending where you live.

ORDER-DISPATCH PERIOD

  • Orders placed Mon-Fri are dispatched latest the next work day.

  • Orders Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays are dispatched the following work day.

DELIVERY

  • By CTT (Portugal Post) using Tracked/Signed service for smaller items, like the BJJ Tape

  • Bigger orders are all shipped with DHL.

PLEASE NOTE

  • Work Days are Monday thru Friday not including Bank Holidays in Portugal.

  • Our couriers endeavour to deliver on time, but adverse weather conditions may cause delays.

  • In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email of any expected delay and offer an alternative or refund.

  • If you are unsure of sizes, please include your measurements at checkout in the box provided or contact us.

    We will send our best guess based on our experience with the products you have ordered.

  • For any questions about delivery that are not answered on this page, please contact us.

 - There are no customs duties or taxes within the European Union. For international shipments outside of the European Union, your shipment may be subject to duties and taxes for which you are responsible. Please note that Daruma has no control over these fees and cannot provide any information on the actual costs as they vary from country to country. 

Returns:

At Daruma Green Store, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure you have the best experience with our products. If, for any reason, you wish to return your purchased Item, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:

    • Only Items in new and unused condition are eligible for exchange.

    • The Item must be returned with the original tags and labels intact.

  2. Time Frame for Returns:

    • Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  3. Exchange Procedure:

    • Contact our customer service team at info@daruma-greenstore.com

      to initiate the exchange process.

    • Clearly state your order number and reason for the exchange in your communication.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of the original Purchase and the shipment of the new item.

  5. Inspection:

    • Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the criteria for exchange.

  6. Exchange Confirmation:

    • Once your item is approved for exchange, we will process the request and ship the new item to your provided address.

  7. Non-Exchangeable Items:

    • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  8. Refunds:

    • Please note that we return to the same payment method used during purchase, and exchanges are limited to the value of the original purchase.
